It is a modest step taken by SAARCLAW for promoting the cherished objectives of SAARC and SAARCLAW and to promote the basic idea that was the cause, is the effect sought to be achieved, and is also one of the methods of achieving our objectives – that is, increased cooperation, contacts and exchanges among the countries of the SAARC region and their people so as to contribute to the promotion of friendship and understanding among them and their peoples.
