How To Submit Articles
Interested
persons may submit the articles, papers or columns written, herein
after referred to as article/s, by them in their respective fields
of specialisation through e-mail marked ‘Re: Article –
Expert Talk’ at info@saarclaw.com. The articles submitted
must be the author’s i.e. the person submitting the article
to be posted on this site, original work of writing and must not
infringe on the copyright or any other intellectual property rights
of any other person. The articles must comprise of 1000 to 1500
words, and must contain good informative content and must not contain
any controversial, defamatory, abusive or obscene material. The
articles must be submitted in the format of a word file/document.
Along
with the article you must submit the following details:
1.
Your Full Name
2. Occupation
3. A brief C.V. with emphasis on the area of specialisation/professional
life.
4. Your Contact Address.
The
decision with regard to posting or removing of the articles on/from
the website would vest completely with, and shall be at the sole
discretion of Secretary General - SAARCLAW and any person submitting
the article shall not have any right to question such decision,
more particularly before any court of law or any other judicial
or quasi-judicial body/forum.
SAARCLAW
Secretariat reserves the right to post any such article on the website
after such editing/modifications as it’s editors deem fit.
You retain full rights and ownership to your writing. (Note that
the editors at SAARCLAW reserve the right to edit and make corrections
to all submissions).
The
copyright of the Articles submitted for posting on the website and/or
posted on the website shall continue to vest in the Author, unless
specified otherwise, and no user of this site is allowed to use,
reproduce, modify, retransmit, or create derivative works from that
material except with the express written permission of the Author
or Secretary General - SAARCLAW as the case may be.
As
the author of the article, you agree that if you submit material
to be posted on this website, you automatically grant a license
for SAARCLAW to display, use, reproduce, modify, retransmit, or
create derivative works from that material. This license is royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable.
The author shall agree to waive his/her intellectual property rights
to such materials for this limited purpose only.
SAARCLAW
gives no express or implied guarantee and/or warranty to any person
whose article has been displayed on the website that their intellectually
property rights in the article shall not be infringed by any third
persons/parties and in case such an infringement is found by the

by getting your article posted on this website you are giving a
